1small orange, thinly sliced into rounds or half-moons
1lime, thinly sliced
1cupraspberries and/or sliced strawberries
¼cupfresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1(750 mL)bottle light-bodied, dry white wine, I like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
¼ to ½cupCointreau or Grand Marnier
½cupwater
¼cupsimple syrup or peach schnapps
Ice, for serving
Instructions
In a large pitcher, place the peaches, orange, lime, berries, and mint.
Pour in the wine, ¼ cup Cointreau, water, and simple syrup or peach schnapps and stir. Taste, adding more Cointreau for a boozier sangria. Chill overnight.
Pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
