    I made the Best Veggie Burger with the mushrooms and it is really great! I substituted Lucina cherry balsamic vinegar for both the balsamic vinegar and the Worcestershire sauce glaze and it was delicious. It is in my regular rotation box. I have been on a doctor highly recommended vegan diet for the last couple of months to help with a medical pain issue so am completely new to vegan/vegetarian cooking and have been enjoying exploring various recipes and websites. Thank you for yours.
